We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered safely.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
If we experience a high order volume or an ingredient restock delay, processing may take an extra 1–3 business days. We’ll notify you by email if there’s any significant delay.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
You can also log into your ScalpSculpt account to view your order status anytime.
Failed Deliveries & Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage fees may apply to resend the item.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within 15 business days of shipment, contact us at customer.support@scalpsculpt.com with your order number.
We’ll investigate and either resend or refund your order depending on the case.
International Duties & Taxes
For EU and international customers: import duties, taxes, and charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These costs are not included in the product or shipping price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
